wiring harness systems supporting automotive and energy products. My role
emphasized translating system-level requirements into manufacturable,
serviceable hardware while supporting rapid iteration in a production-driven
environment.

Automating the process of BOM generation for suppliers
Authored build instructions and documentation for complex harness assemblies and reworks
Worked closely with fabrication teams to troubleshoot issues during assembly and bring-up
Assisted in debugging and quality checks across pre- and post-production stages
IMPACT
Resolved a crucial harness pinch issue on Model Y by desiging a gauge to measure on-line clearances
Assisted with the alpha build on a new product line measuring for harness improvement opportunities
Achieved savings of $2.31 per car for the cybertruck through implementing cost downs
Authored a python script to help supply CAD accurate BOMs to suppliers
